The teff is a seed from Africa cultivated since ancient times, and it is characterized by a high content of essential aminoacids and proteins.
It is also naturally gluten-free. The seeds are cleaned before processing. Subsequently they are heat treated and processed, according to the final use, to improve and preserve the organoleptic and biological qualities avoiding alterations of any nature.
