The pumpkin seed is an oilseed known to be an extremely valuable raw material from all nutritional point of view, having a high content of fiber, protein and Omega 3 fatty acids.

For this reason, it is treated in its wholemeal variant. The seed is cleaned and then processed, depending on the final use, to improve and preserve the organoleptic and biological qualities, avoiding alterations of any kind.
