Toasted rice bran flour

Rice bran flour is another example of a semi-finished product that can be used for products that are labelled as ‘low carb’, ‘rich in fibre’, or to give products a whole, rustic and home-made look.

This type of bran is always stabilized at appropriate temperatures and amounts of time, so as to extend its shelf life, zero its microbe content and increase the fibre percentage. It then goes through a sifting or cryo-milling phase, according to the customer’s needs, to create the calibrated semi-finished product.
