Micronised toasted millet flour
This product is obtained through heat-treatment and, subsequently, the cryo-milling of dehulled millet. It can be used in gluten and gluten-free formulations for various productions, such as bakery products and pasta. The technological processes applied in the production of this semi-finished product allows for thickening characteristics giving structure to doughs for bakery products or to gluten-free pasta, as well as a valid alternative to rice or corn flour.
