Toasted sunflower seed flour
This special flour is the result of cryo-milling seeds that have already been cold pressed to remove their excess fats, toasting them at suitable times and temperatures to deactivate the lipase and other harmful enzymes, while also preserving the healthy properties of the seed.
The resulting long shelf life, associated with its particular nutritional content (as is true of gold or brown roasted flax), make this flour perfect for the creation of goods with a low-carb or high-protein claim.
