Red quinoa is a special seed from South America, naturally gluten-free and characterized by a high protein content, very similar to its white version. Because of its nutritional properties, it is also known as “super food”.

After the cleaning, the seeds are processed, depending on the final use, to improve and preserve the organoleptic and biological qualities, avoiding alterations of any kind.
