Chia is an exceptional raw material for the high content of fiber, protein and vegetable fats, as well as for its high nutrient content.
For this reason it is fully defined as “super food”. The seeds are cleaned, heat-treated at a low temperature and processed according to their final use to improve and preserve their organoleptic and biological qualities, avoiding alterations of any kind. The heat treatment process eliminates the typical gel that forms after hydrating the seeds in water.
