The following rolling and sifting phases make the product clean and perfectly calibrated according to the client’s needs, suitable both as a mixed-in ingredient or a topping or coating, adding abundant sensory qualities and improving the look of the finished product.
This semi-finished product is subjected to a specific heat treatment, with fine-tuned times and temperatures, which infuses it with aromas and flavours and makes any finished product exclusive.
