Semifinished products from wholemeal millet for the food industry
Millet is a special seed naturally high in fiber and rich in vitamins A and B, as well as being naturally gluten-free.
In order to take full advantage of and enhance its characteristics, the seed is processed in its wholemeal version. The seeds are cleaned, then they are processed, depending on the final use, to improve and preserve the organoleptic and biological qualities, avoiding alterations of any kind.
