Semifinished products from hulled millet for the food industry
Millet is a special seed naturally high in fiber and rich in vitamins A and B, as well as being naturally gluten-free.
The seeds are cleaned, then they are dehulled. Subsequently, they are processed, depending on the final use, to improve and preserve the organoleptic and biological qualities, avoiding alterations of any kind.
The raw material is heat treated at different grade depending on the final use
