Corn bran is one of the most precious components of corn, as it naturally has a high content of dietary fiber.

To better highlight its characteristics, the bran is extracted after the cleaning process of the seed, then it is heat-treated at a low temperature and processed, depending on the final use, to improve and preserve its organoleptic and biological qualities, avoiding alterations of any kind.
