Buckwheat bran is an extremely precious derivative due to its extremely high content of vegetable fibers.
The seeds are cleaned before processing and then dehulled. The bran, once extracted, is heat-treated at a low temperature and processed according to its final use to improve and preserve its organoleptic and biological qualities, avoiding alterations of any kind, and finally laminated.
