New gluten free cereals brans
CerealVeneta offers new brans, selected and derived entirely from decorticated rice, corn and buckwheat
The brans are heat-treated and physically conditioned to variable particle sizes.
The average content of dietary fiber varies from 60% to 90%, and this characteristic makes them ideal in all those applications where it is required to make claims such as “source of fiber” or “high fiber“.
Their structure and consistency is ideal for obtaining “artisanal” and “rustic” products in order to enhance their visual appearance, taste and aroma.
The applications can be variable, from the bakery and pasta sector; more and more oriented towards providing high value-added products, the pellet sector, to the dietary supplements and pharmaceuticals sector.
