Universities and Businesses, Training and Innovation
We had the pleasure of welcoming students from the Bachelor’s Degree in Gastronomic Sciences and Culture at the University of Padua to our new allergen-free facility.
This initiative, launched in collaboration with Confartigianato Imprese Padova, aims to provide valuable insights into the professional world for those pursuing studies in the food industry.
The visit began with an introduction by Dr. Fabrizio Moda, Quality Assurance Manager, who highlighted the importance of nutritional assessment in food products, focusing on key claims such as Gluten-Free, Organic, Non-GMO, and the role of Wholegrain Products.
Following this, students had the opportunity to tour the production facility, where General Manager Stefano Fior presented the processing technologies applied to raw materials and how these contribute to enhancing the quality of finished products.
We value collaboration with industry associations and the academic community to support the education and growth of future professionals in the food sector.
