Toasted white bran Sorghum Flour

Toasted White Sorghum Bran Flour (Sorghum bicolor L.) with high nutritional value for the food industry.

The seeds undergo cleaning prior to processing and are subsequently dehulled. The bran is then heat-treated at low temperature and cryo-milled to enhance and preserve its organoleptic and nutritional properties, preventing any form of alteration.

The semi-finished product has the appearance of a fine white flour with a characteristic toasted aroma.

The origin of the raw material will be indicated in the supply lot’s Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
