Toasted chia seeds

Toasted chia seeds (Salvia hispanica, L.) with high biological value for the food industry. The best quality chia seeds on the market are chosen. The seeds are cleaned. Then they are heat treated at low temperature to improve and preserve the organoleptic and biological qualities avoiding alterations of any nature. The heat treatment process eliminates the typical GEL that is formed as a result of the hydration of the seeds in water. Finally, the chia seeds are sifted.
