Red Lentil Gritz (Lens esculenta) with high nutritional value for the food industry. Only the finest quality lentils available on the market are selected.
The seeds are cleaned prior to processing and then dehulled. They are subsequently rolled, calibrated, and sieved to enhance and reserve their organoleptic and nutritional qualities, preventing any form of alteration. The semi-finished product appears as bright red grits with the characteristic aroma and flavor of legumes. The origin of the raw material will be stated in the supply lot’s Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
