Wholemeal purple corn is a particular variety of corn from Perù, characterized by the presence of many important nutrients as well as natural antioxidants.

To fully exploit its characteristics, the cereal is treated in its wholemeal version. After cleaning the seed, the product is processed, depending on the final use, to improve and preserve the organoleptic and biological qualities, avoiding alterations of any kind.
