Construction of the new Gluten Free plant started
In January 2020, CerealVeneta began the construction of a new plant, completely dedicated to the production of semi-finished products from cereals, legumes and special seeds, all exclusively gluten-free.
Livio, founder of the company with his wife Vanna, now leading the enterprise together with his sons Stefano and Valentina, says “The increase in new market requests, the growing collaboration with big Italian and foreign companies, the need for an unstoppable increase in the quality of the products and services offered have led us to invest heavily in new projects, new technologies and additional staff “.
The new plant will be located a few kilometers away from the existing one, it will be equipped with machineries developed following studies carried out with Italian universities and in partnership with qualified suppliers. The aim is to provide semi-finished ingredients with increasingly technological and functional functions, paying absolute attention to the quality of the products offered, in order to respect the company’s mission “Feed your neighbor with what you would like to eat”.
