Chickpea Gritz (Cicer arietinum L.) with high nutritional value for the food industry.
Only the finest quality chickpeas available on the market are selected. The seeds are cleaned prior to processing, then split and dehulled. They are subsequently rolled, calibrated, and sieved to enhance and preserve their organoleptic and nutritional qualities, preventing any form of alteration. The semi-finished product appears as yellow-colored grits with the characteristic aroma and flavor of legumes. The origin of the raw material will be stated in the supply lot’s Certificate of Analysis (CoA).
